Carl Grimes has a very dangerous power: Fatal Bite.

In canon, he has a virus inside of him which reanimates him upon death if he died without any brain trauma. In MoM, that virus has been neutralized, so there's no threat of that spreading around (though he will reanimate after death if no one has destroyed his brain).

Until now.

Fatal Bite basically allows Carl to infect both NPCs and player characters by biting them. For NPCs, they turn into basic TWD-style zombies: shambling corpses that have a insatiable urge for living flesh, and can only be fully put down by destroying the brain.

But for the player character, it's always up to them! if your character turns into a zombie, will they be a classical zombie that needs a bullet in its brain to be put down? A 28 Days Later Style kind of zombie? Or maybe something more complicated like a Left 4 Dead zombie where it's horribly mutated with different abilities, forcing others to be creative in killing your character? Or something out of Dead Space - something changed so horribly that the only way to kill it it needs to be dismembered to smaller pieces in order to be stopped? And those are the possibilities I can think up. The sky is the limit for the player character, as long as they fit these criteria:

1) They will succumb to the virus between an hour to 24 hours.
2) Your character has an insatiable urge to attack and/or eat others. Their aggressive behavior cannot be curbed.

However, the zombie virus will only affect those that Carl has bitten. So what does that mean for player character and NPCs who have been turned? Well, if they only bitten another person (another NPC or a player character), then the bitten will only faced localized necrosis. That being said, if bit, then that person needs to go to the hospital immediately. Untreated necrosis is something no one wants to google, let alone experience.

Carl is not someone who will use this power on a dime - in fact, he'll use this power as a last resort so it takes some planning ahead for Carl to bite your character and let them turn.

However, some characters might not be effected by the virus! This is where you come in by filling out the form.
